Vorld brings riders together, counts their laps, measures their times, awards points, and rewards those who can often be found on a PumpTrack.
Nine years ago, Velosolutions started developing an app that could accurately measure lap times – without riders having to purchase or use a transponder – and now the time has finally come!
What is Vorld?
Vorld is a user-friendly app that, in combination with track hardware developed by us, automatically records the number of laps driven and the lap times of everyone using the app. Users do not need any extra equipment or transponders; only their smartphone.
Vorld connects the digital and physical worlds and makes Velosolutions PumpTracks an even more exciting experience for everyone, whether you are riding a few fun laps, chasing a new personal record, or participating in a global challenge – Vorld is there for you.

The Vorld Gate has already been installed on over 200 Velosolutions PumpTracks in 26 countries, and more are being added every week. Vorld can also be installed on existing tracks. On activated tracks, riders can earn points by finishing on the daily and monthly leaderboards. The leaderboards are based on both lap times and the total number of laps ridden. Since points are awarded every day, it pays to ride often – speed is good, but coming often is better.
The more points you collect, the higher you climb in the Vorld rankings.
Separate rankings are available for different disciplines: bicycle, skateboard, inline skates, scooter, and wheelchair – as well as a general ranking for those who compete in more than one discipline.
How does it work?
Using the world map in the Vorld app, you can find the nearest Velosolutions Pump Track equipped with a Vorld Gate. Once you arrive there, simply activate the timer and start riding. As soon as you cross the white Vorld line, the stopwatch starts automatically. Every correctly completed lap is recorded, and your lap time is measured when you cross the line again. When you have finished your session, you will see your total number of laps, your lap times, and your position.
