Tim Smit, director of Velosolutions from Eindhoven, is proud. "We were able to create a really beautiful PumpTrack of size. There are now two separate tracks that flow into each other via an intermediate path." On the simplest track, sporty wheelchair users and children with a balance bike can do tricks or ride around. Advanced riders can have fun on the other longer track that even has a steep banked bend with a wallride has. "If you have a lot of speed, you can hang really high on the track, that's really cool."*
The PumpTrack includes a Mini PumpTrack and a PumpTrack including Jumpline and various Velo Features. In addition, there is a Skills Park on semi-hard surface. In this design, wheelchair accessibility has been explicitly taken into account, they can move through the entire park and over the PumpTrack.
Together with the NineYards skate park and the calisthenics park, this is the ideal place for urban sports.
